The people
People who know your business. And you.
We’re a small team in Madrid and Valencia. You’ll meet your advisor before you sign anything.
Remote by default, in person when it matters: we meet clients at our Madrid or Valencia office or at theirs, and on video with a parent company abroad.
Your advisor gets to know how your business works, what matters to you and the decisions that brought you here. That understanding deepens as we work together. You spend less time explaining the background and get advice that builds on what we’ve already learned — from someone you know and trust. In a world of faceless platforms and AI chatbots, you’ll know your advisor. And they’ll know you.
Accounts per advisor
Your named advisor
Knows your structure and your history. Answers within 24 hours.
And a second who also does
Has worked your file. Picks it up when necessary without a handover.
One advisor who knows you. A second who also does.
Every client has a named advisor: a single person who knows your business, your structure and your history, and who answers within 24 hours. And every client has a second person who knows the account properly — not a name on a rota, but someone who has worked on your file and can pick it up when necessary without asking you to explain anything.
That second person exists because of the obvious risk of a firm this size. Advisors go on holiday, get ill and occasionally leave. Nothing about your company should depend on one individual being at their desk, and nothing here does.
No rotating juniors. No quarterly team changes. No explaining your own business to a new person every spring, which is the single most common complaint we hear about the firms our clients came from.
The team.

Ten people, on purpose.
We could carry more clients per advisor. Most firms do, and it’s why most clients get a faceless app instead of a person.
The arithmetic that governs this firm is simple: an advisor who holds twenty to thirty accounts can know every one of those businesses. An advisor holding two hundred is doing data entry and answering whoever shouts loudest. Everything we promise — that we’ll spot a cost that moved, that we’ll price your hire before you make it, that the answer comes back within one working day — depends on staying on the right side of that number.
The other half of the answer to being small
Nothing lives in one person’s head.
Every client has a record that exists independently of whoever is working on them: the structure, the shareholdings, the loans and leases, the key contracts, the history of every decision and why it was taken. Every obligation you owe is held by our system rather than by someone’s memory, with the dates attached and the status visible.
That is what allows a second person to pick up your account without a handover meeting, and it’s the reason a holiday, an illness or a resignation here is an inconvenience for us rather than a risk for you.
Meet the one who’d be yours.
Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll put you with the person who would actually run your account, not with whoever is free. Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether this fits.
Replies within 24 hours, seven days a week.
