Partners

Your client trusts you. The Spanish team you recommend should earn that trust.

Evolutia handles Spanish tax, payroll, employment, legal, and ongoing compliance for international businesses—whether they are entering Spain, already operating here or preparing their next move.

You remain the trusted advisor for the work you lead. We take responsibility for the Spanish services agreed with you and your client, with clear boundaries, communication in English and a named person who keeps you informed.

Already have a situation in mind? Start with a non-confidential outline. You do not need to introduce the client to find out whether we fit.

Agreed before the first referral

Where we fit into your work

International expansion firms and market-entry advisors

Offer Spanish delivery without building a Spanish team.

Your client has chosen Spain. Now someone has to turn the plan into registrations, a first payroll and an operation that works after launch.

We coordinate the agreed local setup and ongoing tax, payroll and employment work. You continue to lead the expansion relationship, with a Spanish team that gives you clear scope, realistic milestones and a named point of responsibility.

Accountants, CPAs and group-finance advisors

Keep the group relationship. Get the Spanish answers and reporting you need.

A Spanish subsidiary should not leave your team chasing figures, interpreting unfamiliar obligations or explaining delays to the parent company.

We handle the agreed Spanish tax, employment and statutory work, and report in the format and timetable established with your team. Where bookkeeping stays with you or the client’s finance team, we work around that arrangement rather than insisting on replacing it.

EOR and global payroll providers

Support the client’s next step without damaging the wider relationship.

Sometimes a client needs its own Spanish entity. Sometimes it needs local advice alongside the services you already provide.

We define that need with you before proposing work. Where a transition is appropriate, we plan the entity setup, assess the employment arrangements and coordinate the handover around the people affected.

The aim is a well-managed next step, with clear responsibilities and respect for the countries and services you continue to support.

Company formation specialists

You form the company. We take care of what follows.

The company exists. Now the client needs its first payroll, its first filings, access to official notifications and someone who understands what needs to happen next.

We take on the agreed ongoing work and make the handover clear. We do not quote company formation to clients you introduce. When they need another formation, we bring you back into the conversation.

Your completed engagement becomes the start of a properly supported operation—not an open-ended aftercare obligation for your team.

Law firms, immigration practices and M&A advisors

Give the client operational continuity beyond the legal matter.

The transaction completes, the company is incorporated or the relocation is approved. Then the questions about payroll, tax filings and day-to-day administration begin.

We take on the agreed operational work while respecting your legal mandate. After an acquisition, we can take on post-completion support within a clearly defined remit.

When a matter belongs with your team, we bring you into it.

Chambers, investment agencies, accelerators and soft-landing programmes

Give international businesses useful answers before they are ready to buy.

Not every company exploring Spain needs a proposal. Many first need to understand their options, likely costs and the decisions that cannot wait.

We can support agreed programmes through bounded readiness sessions, office hours and practical guidance in English. Where specialist help is needed outside our scope, we help identify the appropriate next step.

When a business is not ready for ongoing support—or Spain is not the right move yet—we say so.

Larger international service providers

Have a dependable next step for enquiries outside your preferred scope.

A company can be a good client without being the right fit for every delivery model.

When a Spanish enquiry falls outside your preferred size, service scope or operating model, we can assess whether Evolutia is an appropriate referral destination.

We agree the boundaries, respect the wider relationship and keep you informed about the outcome. A referral should help you look after the client, not create uncertainty about the rest of the account.

What your client receives

  • A named advisor, with continuity behind them. A person who knows the business and communicates in English, supported by a second colleague and a documented account history.
  • Advice before the decision—not only administration afterwards. Employment costs considered before an offer is made. Relevant obligations identified. Official notifications monitored within our agreed responsibilities.
  • Reporting that fits the business around Spain. Clear information for the client and its parent-company team, with responsibilities, formats and deadlines established at the start.
  • A defined scope and a clear fee. The client knows what we are taking responsibility for and what it costs. Changes to scope and fees are discussed before additional work begins.

Our own software supports the monitoring and documentation behind this service. The technology helps our people stay informed; the people remain responsible for the judgement and the relationship.

Clear boundaries before the first referral

Your mandate is respected.

Before work starts, we establish what your firm retains, what Evolutia will deliver and how we will communicate with the client. We do not use an introduction to pursue work reserved to your firm.

The delivery model is explicit.

Our standard referral model is a direct engagement between Evolutia and the client for the Spanish services in scope. The client knows who is responsible for what.

You know what happened.

We agree appropriate updates with you and the client: whether the enquiry is a fit, the next step, the proposal outcome and relevant progress. You should not have to chase us to find out what became of an introduction.

Commercial arrangements are agreed in advance.

We discuss the arrangement before the first referral—not after a client signs. Where suitable opportunities arise in the other direction, we make a proper introduction. We do not promise a volume of reciprocal work we cannot substantiate.

For institutional collaborations, the starting point is the support your businesses or programme participants need.

A referral should not become another job to manage.

You make an introduction because the client needs expertise outside your scope. Not because you want another inbox to chase, another supplier to manage or another problem to explain.

Yet your name stays attached to the recommendation.

You need a team that sets honest expectations, takes responsibility for its work and tells you what is happening—without using the introduction to compete for yours.

That is the relationship we want to build.

Who tends to be a good fit?

International businesses with real or planned Spanish operations, typically subsidiaries and foreign-owned companies with small to mid-sized teams.

They may be entering Spain, taking over a newly formed entity, moving from an EOR, changing advisors or integrating an acquisition.

Some need full ongoing support. Others already have finance or service teams in place and need a defined Spanish contribution.

We assess that before asking you to make an introduction. When the company needs a different kind of provider, we tell you.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Tell us where Spain comes up in your work, what your firm wants to retain and what you need a local partner to handle.

You will receive a reply within 24 hours. Together, we establish whether there is a fit, clarify the boundaries and agree the next step.

For a suitable client referral, that includes agreeing the Fast-Track scoping call, written roadmap and proposal timetable.

Start with one situation. Build the relationship on how we handle it.
