The machine watches. The people decide.

Our own system, built by us, running underneath every client we have.

Most advisory firms run on memory and spreadsheets. Someone remembers that your certificate expires in March. Someone notices, eventually, that a figure moved. It works until the person is on holiday, or busy, or has two hundred other clients that week.

We built a system that holds all of it instead, so that the people here spend their time on the part that needs judgement.

Illustrative client. The portal exists for when you need something specific, not daily.

What it does while you’re not looking.

  1. The obligations engine

Every client has a profile — activity, size, headcount, tax registrations, collective agreement, reporting duties to the parent. The engine turns that profile into the set of obligations that company owes, with every date attached. When the profile changes, the calendar changes with it. Nobody has to remember that passing ten employees or registering for EU VAT added something new.

  2. Deviation alerts

A figure that moves in a way it shouldn’t gets flagged the following morning, not at the quarterly review. Costs that jump, a payment that doesn’t fit the pattern, receivables stretching.

  3. Regulatory alerts

Changes in tax and employment law, filtered by your actual profile. If it doesn’t touch your workforce, your sector or your obligations, you never see it. This is the opposite of a newsletter.

  4. The monthly scorecard

One page for your account, updated every month: filings on time, reply time, pages delivered on the date, and the items waiting on your side. The standard we publish, measured on your file rather than described.

  5. Employee self-service

Your people request the standard forms, certificates and work-life reports themselves and collect their payslips, without routing every request through your office manager. They see their own documents and nothing else.

Where the line is.

What the machine does

Remembers. Watches. Calculates. Drafts. Flags.

It never gets tired, never takes a holiday and never has a difficult week.

What only a person does

Judges. Advises. Defends you. Tells you when the correct answer isn’t the one you wanted.

And signs off everything before it reaches you — every filing, every report, every alert.

We are not trying to replace the advisor with software. We are trying to make sure the advisor’s time goes where it is worth paying for.

The best software in this market is the kind you never have to open.

If it’s working, most months you’ll hear from a person, not from a system.
